Once a service has been purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to) payments made for:
- Social media ad campaigns
- Consulting sessions
- Website development
- Business strategy services
- Social media management
This policy helps us maintain a fair and efficient operation, allocating time and resources to each client with full dedication.
💳 Exceptions – Payment Gateway Errors
Refunds will only be considered under the following condition:
- The payment was mistakenly charged multiple times or there was a technical issue caused by the payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, etc.)
In such cases:
- Proof of the issue must be provided (e.g., transaction ID, screenshot, bank statement).
- We will verify the issue with the payment provider.
- Validated claims will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
