🔒 No Refunds

Once a service has been purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to) payments made for:

  • Social media ad campaigns
  • Consulting sessions
  • Website development
  • Business strategy services
  • Social media management

This policy helps us maintain a fair and efficient operation, allocating time and resources to each client with full dedication.

💳 Exceptions – Payment Gateway Errors

Refunds will only be considered under the following condition:

  • The payment was mistakenly charged multiple times or there was a technical issue caused by the payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, etc.)

In such cases:

  • Proof of the issue must be provided (e.g., transaction ID, screenshot, bank statement).
  • We will verify the issue with the payment provider.
  • Validated claims will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
